Have you ever been stuck on a plane for hours with that claustrophobic anxious feeling? About the only thing worse than that plane misery is being stuck in the middle seat squashed like a sardine. Now, I know there are much more horrible problems in life than this. However, being a sardine is not exactly chopped liver...Last week I found myself in that exact situation on my flight returning home from a business trip. In the past it would have been total anguish. However, to my surprise... I decided to forget about how terrible air travel has gotten over the years and I accepted my sardine can seat. I found myself checking out all the people seated next to me... and it turns out I had a great conversation with the people seated on either side of me... and we laughed and giggled until we landed. Instead of being an intense travel warrior... I realized peace, calm, love and joy were more fun
